Hi, I’ve used the connect app and it has identified a black spot and offered me a free booster. I follow the link and it results in a ‘oops we can’t upgrade your package’ what’s going on? I’m on maxit tv so why can’t I get my free booster?
It's possibly an issue with the app / website being upgraded / backend maintenance, directly dial 150 from your landline or 0345 454 1111 (call charges may apply) and speak to the Faults team who can order it for you all the same. The website says it can't upgrade your package because it's classified as an upgrade due to adding the booster to your account.
