Hi,
Apologies if this is the wrong part of the forum to post this but couldn't really identify the right section.
Has anybody looked at the black Friday deals for existing customers and can give me their view on the "deal" I've signed up to.
I'm currently on M125 for £20 and was offered M250 for £3.72 for extra, so signed up as I thought it was a good deal however looking at the email I believe they are going to increase my price at month 10 to £48.72!
I'm already at around month 8 of my fixed term so this now seems like a horrible deal, I've tried virgin media on WhatsApp but as the order was only put in today they apparently can't see it.
Is anyone else getting the same kind of offers and does anyone know the best way to cancel this order before I get stung?
Thanks

Look in your online Account first it should show there and be cancellable
You can cancel the upgrade within 14 days I believe. Several ways to try if nothing in the account - see this

Call 150 from a VM phone or by dialling 0345 454 1111 - select options 1,1,4,4, - thats the UK based retentions team - but calling at 08.00 is the best time to get through without being diverted offshore I would record the conversation too. "TOP TIP: If you're struggling to get through or are tired of waiting in the queue - you can try Virgin Media's cancellation and retentions department directly on… 020 3743 6947 or 0800 952 2277 or 0800 052 2001.
3. You can do it by just sending a WhatsApp with a description of the cancellation to +447305 327 112 (

Include dates, name ,address and all account details. They say to also include your phone number so they can call you to confirm - probably to make you an offer to stay.\
Do it by registered mail next day delivery guaranteed and with a receipt for signature on arrival.
