Hello,

i cancelled my internet connection but i am still getting bills,

should i ask solicitors advice?

its very difficult to find someone to discuss the issue.

Sorry i already called and i didnt get any answers. I didnt even use the wifi broadband because i didnt move house eventually, i cancelled my contract twice. And i have already paid two months for no reason. Is there anyone who can help me?

No. Billing issues cannot be handled on here.
If you left mid-contract then you need to pay the ETC's.

I dont understand how when its for paying it gets so difficult to communicate with anyone from customer service. 

I dont understand what is so hard to understand. I dont use broadband from your company. I ve cancelled my account and i am still paying for no reason. Its not rocket science i just want someone to help or suggest a solution.
