Billing

Hello

I signed up and thought i read that i would not be billed until i set the service up.  I have already been billed for my Wifi - is this correct?

If you used a 'Quick Start' route to join VM (where VM sends you the equipment and you plug it in yourself to existing VM wiring in your home) then I believe VM will activate the equipment and start charging you shortly after your equipment is delivered.

If you have a technician installation then you should not be billed until the technician installs and activates the equipment for you.

Your billing won't start until your services have been activated. Has your service been activated? If it has, do you recall when it was activated?
