Billing incorrect and no resolution

My bill is still incorrect and my wifi signal is really poor. Customer services have still not resolved this after weeks of calling.

Billing can’t be looked into here.

That’s not virgins issue. WiFi isn’t part of your contract or speed guarantee.

If you need to optimise WiFi then you need to get your own equipment.
