My BT Whole House WiFi system has stopped working after 6 months trouble free use. Have tried rebooting Hub and Whole House but still showing No Internet connection. Any suggestions?
Can you get internet by connecting directly to the VM Hub ?
Yep, Virgin Hub 3 working fine.... Just BT Whole Home network showing no Internet connection...
Remedied, dodgy LAN port on Hub 3..... Now just need to brave the call centre to get a replacement 😬

Do I return the old Hub?
If the hub is required back, which is the case if it's a new one even if it's faulty then we would send some pre paid packaging to you.
This could be part of the packaging we send the new hub in, or you might receive it separate.
If you've not had it within a few days pop back and let me know.
