Hello,

17.08 I placed an order for internet, broadband was to be delivered on 21.08 as mail so that I could create an account. So far I have not received any information, live time is some kind of joke. I have no words how this company works

This isn't very clear.

How did you place the order, on line or by phone? Did you expect the installation to be finished by now, or just confirmation of the order?
