BQM chart

As requested by your Twitter team, below is the link to the BQM chart they asked me to create

This is a consistent problem that happens every single night since Oct 11th.

what is it meant to be showing.
your BQM is not reporting anything since around 11pm, unless your connection is down completely?

That's correct, it's down completely. 

Every night it goes down at 11pm and normally comes back at around 0830, although it's late today. On a weekend, it remains down the majority of the day.

ok, not sure why you were asked to provide a BQM for that.
are there any works taking place in your area?
what does the hub show during this period? (lights etc).

I don't know either but I went along with it as it's the first time somebody from VM had attempted to suggest something to resolve this problem. 

I know what the problem is, it's to do with the electricity company who are doing works next to the VM box.  But VM don't aknowledge this and you can't speak to anyone when the outage occurs.

Service status shows 2 faults today, both with fix times later this afternoon. 

My services have just returned, 90 mins later than normal, and those fix times will just get pushed back to later tonight, then to tomorrow and so on.

if the power is being cut off to the cabinet during the works then what do you expect virgin to do?

They’re estimated fix times so likely to change.

For 17 days they have denied this is the issue, I went to see the engineer myself and their response is to complete this chart so here I am.
