We're located in area 21 (London - SE) but have had no connection since last Friday, with the exemption of 2 hours yesterday afternoon.
All we get from Virgin is 'we are aware of a service issue in your area and are working on fixing this'.
I have tried to call many times but the call gets ended for me 'because everybody is busy' and complaints sent via email do not get any reply.
Given the current situation, with everybody working from home, a reliable internet connection is key!! I can't work off a data hotspot for the near future!
Anybody who can help pls?
If there is an area problem you will have to wait.
You could always look at getting a mobile data dongle or tethering to your phone.
