Yes they are as expected. Are you having any issues?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

No issues was just wondering if they are good results as i'm wondering if it was worth me buying the Asus RT-AX86U WIFI 6 AX5700 Dual Band Gigabit Gaming Router (£250) and turn the HUB 5 into a modem and use the Asus as the router if the results are good.

What extra would the Asus router do?....if it will have minimal effect i might just send it back as it's still in it's boxed un-opened.

Your call I guess. The Asus router will be a quantum leap better than the budget one in the Hub and of course the wifi will also be so much better. Others with that router should comment

Hi,

I'm just thinking the exact same thing as you. Hub 5 is currently performing well, but wondering if a gaming router with make things even better.

Did you end up buying the Asus?

Hi AvinThat, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums.

I am glad to hear that you are having no issues with the hub 5.

Many customers use an additional router/ mesh systems to increase their gaming experience.

You will be able to find within the community specific routers which customers use for gaming.
