Are my downstream and upstream power levels within spec?

HI I have had an issue with my broad band which caused me not to beable to get on some websites using the broadband but I can access them on my 4g network. I had the modem changed by a tech and now the website still isnt coming up and during online gamming I am having massive ping spikes which cause the game to be not playable on line. Could you look at these upload and download logs to see if they are within the spec please.

Nothing wrong with the power levels.  Have you setup a BQM to monitor and record your circuit?

How are you connected, wired or wireless ?

Hi Adduxi,

Have you setup a BQM to monitor and record your circuit? ... How do I do this ?

I am wired into the modem.

www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  It's fairly straightforward and the site has lots of help on setting it up.  Most users on here have one running.  VM would also ask you to do so for diagnostics etc.

Adduxi I have created a BQM but its showing 100% packet loss. I am using a hub 3 and cannot see where to enable the following below.

  1. Finally, ensure the tickbox is checked after 'Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP' and click 'Apply'.

Can you help?

Don't know for sure, I only ever use VM Hubs in modem mode.  I'll guess it's in the Firewall section somewhere?

Some spikes, however looks normal for a VM line.

Here's mine as an example:

Hi Gapti,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your Broadband service.

Are you happy to confirm any of the websites you have been having this issue on?

So we can test these on our side.
