Anyone know how to contact VirginMedia to report internet down???

Please please tell me how to get my broadband fixed.

Its been down since Feb 22, 03:01 AM.

Their website says there is a problem. Its impossible to talk to anyone.

I am trying to work from home HEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPP

(For a communications company its ironic that you can't actually talk to them)

Customer Support are contacted on  0345 454 1111 or 150 from a VM phone / mobile.

If there is a known issue in the area call 0800 561 0061 - there may not yet be a fix time if parts are needed or excavations are required.

Outages affecting many customers will be fixed as the highest priority & before an engineer home visits occur.

A telco service outage is just like a power cut, it is over when it is fixed.
