No Wi-Fi or tv service since about 10:30PM in B15. Is anyone else having problems? Service status says problem should be fixed by 4PM tomorrow. Do VM technicians work overnight or does fault fixing only occur during office hours? I hope so because we are charged for a 24 hour service.

You are not "charged for a 24 hour service" you are charged for a broadband service with no SLA, fixes are best endeavours. If you want a guaranteed service with an SLA you need to pay for a business connection".
