Anyone else in N13 (or nearby) with no broadband this morning?
As title really - I have no service this morning. There does at least appear to be acknowledgement of some kind of issue on the status page...unlike last time which took them several days of back and forth.

I have located your account from your forum information; I can see that there was a known area issues logged on Monday 27th for broadband under reference number F008264810; this was closed as resolved the same day.
At the time of writing, there are no known area issues listed for your region and it's been around 4 days since your last reboot.
If you're still having issues, please do not hesitate to pop back and let us know what's happening and we can go from there
