Any updates on when Internet will be resumed in Central London?

We are in Islington. Internet went down Wednesday. We normally work from home. No updates, no idea of when it might be fixed? Any chance anyone from Virgin Media cares?

Yes we know there is a problem. How about a fix????

Yes I have done that. There is a fault. Doesn't help me though - I already know there is a fault.

I want to know when I might get the internet back

Day 4 of no internet in Islington, London

No help. No updates. No idea of when it will be fixed.

Please don't point me to a URL showing me that there is a fault - I know there is a fault, YOU know there is a fault. We all know there is a fault. What no-one knows is what is going on and when it might be fixed!

It’s best to use the 0800 number, usually gives an estimated fix time. Unlike business users there is no SLA for residential customers, so no guarantee of fix times.
