I have just had the hub 4 installed by a Virgin Media engineer and all seems to be working fine on all devices except I cannot get the router to connect to my Amazon Firestick. I have done a 60 sec reset and have also reset my Firestick in an attempt to self help but keeps failing to connect. It can see the router but will not connect.
I have tried through both TV and App to set up and the Firestick will connect to my phone as a hotspot so believe the fault lies with the router connection.
Kind of yes. I spent the whole day on the phone to gadget rescue however unfortunately they couldn’t find a fix. I have now tried another Firestick and that has connected first time. The fault must lay in the firestick itself or be a bit old now for the new hub.
