Hello
I have a hub 5. My sky box and mobile phone have connected to the hub via the password with no issue however my daughters Amazon Fire HD10 Kids Pro tablet says the password is incorrect. There are two different passwords on the hub. I’ve tried them both but I keep getting the error message on the tablet saying the password is incorrect. Any ideas why the password is not recognised? TIA

Only use the Wi-Fi password, note UPPER and lower case letter matter in Wi-Fi password.
On the Amazon Fire HD10 Kids Pro tablet try resetting its network setting it might be similar to:
Settings >> Connected Devices >> Network Settings Reset.
