Almost constant WI-FI Problems thats keeps cutting off

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing intermittent Wi-Fi problems with my Virgin Media broadband service. The issue has been ongoing for a few months already and despite contacting thecustomer service team on multiple occasions, the issue remains unresolved.

i have even had an  engineer visit but that just made the problem worse.

The service disruption has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I expect nothing less than a prompt, efficient, and effective resolution. It is unacceptable that Virgin Media, as a leading broadband provider, cannot provide a reliable service and that my concerns have been ignored.

I insist that you take immediate action to investigate and resolve this issue within the next seven days. Failure to do so will result in me escalating this matter to the ombudsman for independent dispute resolution. Furthermore, I will not hesitate to take legal action to seek compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this ongoing issue.

I hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and without further delay. However, I must insist that you take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly.

This is not a place for informing VM of your intended actions - there is a complaints procedure for that. A VM person will advise on that when they get here in a day or two

What it is - is a discussion forum to help users sort their technical faults/issues out. So whilst waiting... if you would like assistance on that - post up some more specific details of what the issues are.

Is it a known area fault being worked on?
Is it specific to you?
Is it affecting borh wifi and ethernet connections
- on what devices?
etc...

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your broadband complaint looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

As you've had this issue and were really frustrated with this, can I ask if you've decided to leave us since you last posted? 

If not we would be more than happy to help get this resolved in any way possible.
