I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing intermittent Wi-Fi problems with my Virgin Media broadband service. The issue has been ongoing for a few months already and despite contacting thecustomer service team on multiple occasions, the issue remains unresolved.
i have even had an engineer visit but that just made the problem worse.
The service disruption has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I expect nothing less than a prompt, efficient, and effective resolution. It is unacceptable that Virgin Media, as a leading broadband provider, cannot provide a reliable service and that my concerns have been ignored.
I insist that you take immediate action to investigate and resolve this issue within the next seven days. Failure to do so will result in me escalating this matter to the ombudsman for independent dispute resolution. Furthermore, I will not hesitate to take legal action to seek compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this ongoing issue.
I hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and without further delay. However, I must insist that you take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly.
