All green lights on hub

Broadband has gone down tonight, solid green signal icon, flashing green directional arrows and solid green power bar. Have already checked all connections are fitted properly and have rebooted a could of times, still no internet! 
Can’t get through to call center says it’s closed due to corona virus, please help!!

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry you've been having this problem with your HUB. 

I'd like to ask some more questions around this if thats okay.

Are you having a total loss of service all the time or is it more intermittent?

Also, when it does drop out, does it affect all devices at once including wired?
