Can someone please help. I have ordered a wifi booster and it works just fine on the one side of my house but the other side still has black spots. When going through the steps in the connect app for a second booster it says that I have to call virgin media. With the current corona situation the lines stay busy and I don't want to wait an hour listening to crappy music just to get cut off when someone takes my call. Is there another way I can order a second booster?
You can call, use the SMS service or wait 5-7 days here for a forum rep to respond.
Or do yourself a biggie and get yourself a better router or mesh system.
