Add to dashboard

I have virgin connect mobile app on iOS and want to add Fitbit device to dashboard of my connected devices, is there any way of doing this? I’m sure when I first installed app I had wearables listed on dashboard but this seems to have gone. I can’t see any way of adding my Fitbit. It’s connected to my home hub . TIA for any help

Re: Add to dashboard

I don’t think you read the question properly. My fitbit is connected to my WiFi. What I was asking was on my dashboard in my virgin connect app I can see lots of different icons with headings ie one for printer one for computers one for tvs etc and I had one called Wearables which did list the Fitbit watches but it’s gone from dashboard and was asking how I’d get that back not how to connect my Fitbit to WiFi as it already is

Re: Add to dashboard

Hi again @dazsmith34

Sorry I skimmed your post and misread it.

I've just checked my Connect app, and the wearables option is listed, my brother in laws apple watch is listed there, although I don't recall setting it up/adding it when he was last here

Starting at the top and rotating clockwise the headings on mine are

Phones, Tablets, Computers, TV & audio, Wearables and Other. (mine doesn't show one for Printers)

I had to reboot my phone first and then click the WiFi / switch symbol in the middle to be able to see the various headings
