Hi, we've just cancelled my parents-in-law's broadband but all the equipment is still there, Virgin is yet to collect it. We're spending the weekend there and we have Virgin Media at our house. Is it possible to activate their broadband temporarily or 'move' ours temporarily to their house to have access to the internet for a few days? Thanks.
Virgin don't collect equipment - you need to send it back with a returns pack.
Although the last I heard returns were suspended for the moment due to COVID - but don't throw the kit away as Virgin still retain ownership of it.
