Accessing a website

I was trying to make a payment on a particular website.

I can access the website fine but when clicking on the payments tab option I get “safari (and google and chrome) cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server.  This is happening on all devices so not device specific. I can access it over 4g on my iPhone without any problems. The strange thing is that when accessing it on my phone it automatically shuts WiFi off and accesses it over 4g without any input from myself.

I can also access it fine over a different WiFi network. Why can I not access this over home WiFi?

Any help would be appreciated

I get a warning saying that the site is unsafe.

Strangely strange yet oddly normal.
