Access point help

Hoping someone can help me

I'm wanting to setup access point I’ve brought tp link 

but don’t want to use my vhub 3.0 in modem mode just wanted use Ethernet to Ethernet 

what way around this have I got

What access point model is it?

It should be a case of just plugging it into the Hub on ethernet cable (Cat5e or Cat6a) and starting it up - it may need the TP-Link App to help register it on their website

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

ive tried having it ap mode but nothing 

It’s in auto assign mode for ip

 

but stays on same ip to connect to router of ap

What do the instructions say about it.

See what the tp-link website recommends. Should be simple

Note it is a cheap and cheerful device that only has 10/100 Mbps ports and so will never give speeds above 100Mbps and in reality it wii
ll be much less on wifi
