Hey guys, I’ve waited three weeks since finding out my cable that runs underneath the ground has been damaged and needs replacing. Today the virgin technician turned up to discover the access point has been covered with tarmac, I’ve now been told they must contact someone to dig it up and then will return to fix it. Does anyone have any previous experience with this or perhaps a ETA on how long this will take? I work from home quite regularly and it is causing me a fair few issues. Thanks in advance.
