Yes its showing drops are there. If you look at the logs at the same times there should be recorded evidence of it. Se when you get a 24h period.
Also, what are the RS errors looking like now.?

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your posts - we do appropriate you going through the checked with our Community members and submitting your information for them; whilst we're unable to check the images you have posted due to our network restrictions; we trust what our users have advised when they have seen it! haha!

 

I've been able to locate your account from your forum information and can see that since your post you have been in touch and a technician has visited; hope things are looking better this week for you? 

 

At the time of checking I see it's been around 3 days since a reboot. We have no known area issues listed and no errors now showing this end. I can see we're back to 4 upstreams which is better than the 1 you were having before. All signal levels on both up and downstreams are within the parameters we would expect.
