I've been able to locate your account from your forum information and can see that since your post you have been in touch and a technician has visited; hope things are looking better this week for you?
At the time of checking I see it's been around 3 days since a reboot. We have no known area issues listed and no errors now showing this end. I can see we're back to 4 upstreams which is better than the 1 you were having before. All signal levels on both up and downstreams are within the parameters we would expect.
