Currently getting internet access denied when I log in to the router after a planned outage which should now be completed - unfortunately still no connection. There's an engineer booked to visit my house for Friday, but this has to be something related to the outage, i.e. upstream not a fault with the router....

It's been a few days since your post so we're just checking back in to see how the visit went? We can see this was due to earlier on today and from looking at the account all of the spec's and ranges are as we'd expect.
