AOVPN access issues past 2 weeks

My husband uses AO VPN for accessing work from home - all fine up to around 2 weeks ago - cannot access work now - his IT department cannot solve - even tried a different laptop - same issue - obviously something Virgin have done at their end - any ideas anyone? - thanks in anticipation
