ADropOuts from new hub 3.0

Hi All,

Ive been with virgin for a while now and all was good. Had a white hub 3.0 set to modem mode and all was working up until this week. I've tried everything reseting and checking local issues and nothing work. Rang up VM who sent a new router... a black one just yesterday. This is also having the same issue. I will post the details from the router now...

Re: ADropOuts from new hub 3.0

Several of your Downstream Channel Power Levels are too low (-6dBmV min)

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

Re: ADropOuts from new hub 3.0

Is there an attenuator fitted to the back of the hub?

Power off the hub and remove the attenuator.

Screenshot 2020-11-09 at 08.41.06.png

Complete dropouts have stopped but is this yellow fuzz healthy or not?

Thanks Matt
