The router doesn't have a lot of option on it the only upstream and down stream information I could find I have posted below. The network log just shows DHCP request failure.
We lost connectivity for about 10 minutes it has come back up but we are still only getting just over 50 meg down.
Not sure why the picture isn't working preview is fine but not loading up please see below
To reset the Pre and Post RS error counts please use the Downstream screen under the router status screen available from the login page.
Don't worry resolved issue with the Modem this end Virgin are sending out a replacement.
