They seem to think for the last 5 weeks this utilisation in the area is my issue, because so many people are working from home etc etc even though my friend who lives a few minutes away has no issues atall. They have apparently chnaged a few things in the green box, moved my cable to a different position in the box, chnaged spliters, changed hubs a couple times, told me to buy new ethernet cables for my hardwired devices and yet they wont run a new cable for me which is 1 minute walk from my house! I'll wait and see what lisa or any other admin come up with. Cheers for your help
Well the technician did it so I hope he done it correct Haha, they also installed the last hub and I have double checked connections are tight and secure. Mayb I'll try it again once I hear from admin.
Though id run another BQM after doing the pin hole reset again. These are the results. Can someone please let me know if this is still rubbish, and if so when I ring Virgin and try explain issue again is there anything in particular I should say? Thanks
