2G no problem. 5G unable to connect. Light is on at hub.
Service status no problem.
Go to Answer
Reboot the hub.
If that doesn't work reset the hub but pressing the pinhole reset button for 60 seconds.

Thanks for that. I have rebooted and am now connected to 5G. The same thing has happened recently and reboot has worked. Seemed strange that it re-occurs. If it happens again I will try the reset with a pin as you suggest.
