4G website connectivity

Good morning.

For the past few weeks or so, I have been unable to access the website open.ac.uk when using 4G.

When I get home and connect to this website via WiFi it works.

I can access every other website using my 4G Virgin Mobile but not the website I mentioned above.

It used to work in the past, but not now. I ways get the error message:

"This page isn’t working

www.open.ac.uk didn't send any data." 

The university have said that for the last month or so, ISPs were having trouble connecting, but they claim this is fixed now. But it is not for me.

Any advice?

Using your mobile go to this >> web page << and see if your mobile WAN IP is black listed.

It says the IP address did not receive a bad rating score?

Posting on the mobile forum is a good start 🙂

Have you checked to see if it’s blocked by the adult content filter in error?

Your phone will probably have some kind of filtering - check the phone settings.

Sign in to your Virgin Mobile account and also check in there.
