The 3 Internet ports on router not working since installation. Just been told by an agent that my basic package doesn't allow me to plug in any 3rd party equipment into the ports on my router, apparently it would charge me 8 pounds a month to be able to plug anything into my router.  I only wanted to get my heating controller working I'm fuming.  It plugged into the sky router okay. Wish we had stayed with sky now but have to stay with virgin for 18 very long months

reset your hub if ports still dead by a working device in the one working port you have a faulty hub.

Many apologies for the misinformation of the ports on your router, although there are 3rd party devices we don't support the etherenet ports should still be functional.

What Hub do you have?
