2g good 5g bad

Hey, my 5g went on all devices last night but the 2g works still on all of them. Did the normal checks and off on of Hub?

So there is no 5g option on any devices, just 2g... which again works fine tho has cut out a few times intermittently today. Funnily enough tho, our Virgin Box is now having problems, it literally just froze and when it started there are no channels, only the option to watch what we've recorded.

Login to the hubs admin pages and check if it’s enabled there

Thanks for getting back to me, if that's the thing where you use the 192 thingy I tried that but the password digits on the box weren't coming up and I've never changed it and I know it's not been changed before.

I'm getting DHCP RENEW WARNING Field invalid in response v4 option and No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out... if helps any?!

Have you managed to check the hubs settings to see if its showing as enabled? You can find out more here

 

If you are still having issues try a pinhole reset

I used the 192 and it asked for password, but the one on the bottom of the hub it keeps saying is incorrect and I'm definitely using the correct one. Pinhole reset didn't bring 5g back either.
