I keep losing 2G connection on my WiFi requiring frequent reboots of my Superhub 2 which fixes the problem for a short time. I use mostly IOS devices to connect to this wireless network. I recently bought a WiFi booster and have noticed that when choosing a network for this that my 2G seems to change its password setting from WPA2 to WEP. Could this be a reason for the lost connections as my Hub is definitely set up for a WPA2 password! Any assistance would be gratefully received.
Yep - its a known fault that the SH2 can develop as it ages. Two options. (1) call it in as a fault and get VM to send you a free Hub3 replacement. (2) As I have done, put it in modem mode and get your own wireless router with better features and performance.

Thanks for replying so promptly. I have already done a factory reset and the problem has continued so I guess it's a new Hub or Router. I will see if any of the Virgin team get in contact. Thanks again.
