200 MG speed query.

Having upgraded recently from 100 to 200, my speed is ranging from a pathetic 18-24 the entire evening. Help!

Re: 200 MG speed query.

Hi, can you try a pinhole reset as sometimes the hub doesn't take the update.  Press the reset button in on the back of the hub for 20 seconds then release for 5.  Repeat this 3 times.

Also try resetting network settings on your devices

Regards

Rich

Because one reset is not enough or dose it send a signal to CMTS saying more bandwidth to this modem.🤔

If you have a super hub 1 you will need a new hub for 200Mb.

Re: 200 MG speed query.

The hub takes an update when package is changed. I didn't know you had already tried a 20sec x3 factory reset sorry

Re: 200 MG speed query.

Check your Operation Configuration in the hub for Max Traffic Rate.

Re: 200 MG speed query.

Thanks for the reply, I’m afraid that looks beyond my tech knowledge.
