2 red lights, no service or anything.

Both my Hub 5 and the little white box have red lights. The hub has had a flashing red light since about 11PM and the little white box has been solid red for hours also. I noticed the red light is over something that just says "RX" if that means anything? I checked my virgin account for it to say "Looks like your service has been disconnected" for whatever bloody reason that is. All bills are paid fully. I have checked all the wires are plugged in properly and not loose. I have restarted the box and hub multiple times, unplugging and re-plugging to no avail. Tried a conversation with the chat bot to try and see if there was anything that could be done - only to be shut down 2 minutes later saying they open from 8am to whatever else. How bad are things when a flipping robot refuses to give any advice? Absolute waste of time.
