2.4Ghz Internet connectivity stopped working all of a sudden with Hub 3

I've an odd problem where as of this week 2.4Ghz stopped connecting to the internet. I've tested this with both my phone and laptop, it seems I can connect to the router on 2.4Ghz but not to the Internet. 5Ghz works fine though.
I was thinking my new next door neighbours signing up for Virgin Media might have introduced a channel conflict but I've tried changing the channel via the router control panel and it doesn't make a difference.
