1GBp/s Hub 4 Dropping internet constantly since upgrading
Just recently got the new 1GBp/s package which included the Hub 4. We've been using it for a few days now but we constantly have issues with the connection for wireless and wired devices dropping randomly. The hub light dims and takes around 2-3 minutes to start working again.
Never had this issue with the M500 package and the Hub 3 we had for years. Any able to assist?

HI KeegMcc13, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service, how long has this been happening and are you still having issues with this? How often does the connection drop? Is the hub being used in router or modem mode? if it is in router mode have you enabled Sam knows? Chris
