1GBp/s Hub 4 Dropping internet constantly since upgrading

Hi all,

Just recently got the new 1GBp/s package which included the Hub 4. We've been using it for a few days now but we constantly have issues with the connection for wireless and wired devices dropping randomly. The hub light dims and takes around 2-3 minutes to start working again.

Never had this issue with the M500 package and the Hub 3 we had for years. Any able to assist?

HI KeegMcc13, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service, how long has this been happening and are you still having issues with this? How often does the connection drop? Is the hub being used in router or modem mode? if it is in router mode have you enabled Sam knows? Chris

Running it in router mode. I had this issue again last night too. 

 

Been running a BQM and this is what last night/today's graph looks like.

We have looked at the BQM and can see that there is a few spikes, please monitor over the weekend and let us know if anything changes? Chris

Hi,

After sometime of this issue happening it seems it's beginning to get more frequent. We're at the point of cancelling and going with a different ISP unless this can get sorted. 

Any ideas?
