1G poor quality

moved to 1G from sky and wish I hadn't, the quality is atrocious, I doubt I can get out of the contract so will need to get it how I need it   My partner sits 6 feet away through a wall from Hub4 and her zoom calls are patchy and poor quality with connection issues, I got a pod last week from VM to try and give better coverage upstairs, marginal improvement from no signal to something but not great for watching TV as drops my sky Q box regularly 

thinking about getting my own mesh so cal I please get recommends and if they work with hub4

last couple of days graphs but I don't understand them

Probably a good idea to access your HUB on http://192.168.0.1 navigate to 'Advanced Settings/Tools/Network Status' and copy/paste, as text, the 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tab data, in several posts, clicking 'Post' twice if an error occurs.

HUB stats are good, power levels on the downstream a touch high but in spec.

So it could be down to hardware (The HUB).

Are your wired devices behaving? What do you get when running the below speed test?
