1 device not connecting to Wi-Fi

Hi All, I really need some help please. My laptop isn’t connecting to the Wi-Fi. It’s been like this for a week now. It works if connected via Ethernet, but the Wi-Fi connection on the laptop is saying No internet, secured. I have other devices which are connected via Wi-Fi and working perfectly. I’ve tried the on and off for the hub, the pin hole reset, the laptop restart, forgetting the connection and reconnecting, but still no joy. Please help.

Maybe someone paused your device try a hub reset not reboot with the hub on press and hold reset for 30 seconds

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, really sorry to see your Laptop has stopped connecting Via WiFi although you do not have any issues with other devices.

I can see you have advised you have followed all the usual steps including a pin reset, have you tried resetting the laptop back to when it was working just in case it is a issue with the drivers ETC?
