1 X pod offline 1 X pod conflict and hub also in conflict

So we lost connection on Saturday for around an hour, since then, the pods have not worked and were slow flashing white light.

Today I reset the hub again and moved the pods into the same room, the flashing on the pods eventually stopped, however, looking in the Connect app I have a few problems.

1 - one of the pods is showing as offline when I click on it.

2- the hub as an exclamation mark and so does the other pod. Upon clicking the hub and the pod, it says there is a conflict in settings, the network settings are conflicting with each other. When I say ok to remidy it asks me to select my network name, it appears twice, when I click either one it says there is a problem and to call Virgin. I have tried but gave up.

Can anyone help?
