ever since i signed up for virgin they've had the wrong email address for me. just one digit short. now I've rang multiple times to change this and its still not been changed. so i cant access the app and the password resets are being emailed to this random email.

Hi yeah I’m logging in with my partners email address and when we spoke to the lady on the phone she confirmed we could use that email address and she also confirmed the password with us. However it is still not allowing us to log in.
when I try to get a password reset link sent to my email it comes up with my email address which is wrong by one letter. So I’m unable to reset it
Hi.I tried to call 8 times withiut anyone helping me out.Only out me on hold for 50 minutes. one letter is missing out from my email address, therefore i won't see bills,i can't do nothing.Can somebody help ?
it supposed to be [removed] i think one of those letters are missing.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry your email is incorrect on our systems which is also stopping you from utilizing your online account. I will be more than happy to correct this and get you logged in.

I’m having exactly the same issue as above. Customer service teams on the phone are no help or don’t seem to understand this very simple mistake. I’ve called multiple times, text the help and still no resolving it!
So trying to register for the My Virgin Media app I missed one digit from my email address. This now makes the email invalid so I cannot confirm the register confirmation to login.
I can’t also re register as that incorrect email is linked to the my account.
