virgin media app set up profile

I became a virgin media customer in March, and had tried to set up a my virgin media account at the time. I received a verification email, but was unable to complete profile. 

I am trying to resolve this (after forgetting about it) now and when verifying email, it says is out of date. I got a new one sent and it comes up either with blank screen saying complete profile with nothing to click, or sends me back to verification link expired. 

Please can I have advice how to resolve this and finish completing account.
