verification email timed out, new one not sending

good afternoon.

im trying to lon into Myvirgin account, but only get 'complete profile'

im guessing this is due to email verification. the link has timed out, but after clicking send new email a few times over the past day, ive still not received anything. ive checked spam and all other folders but nothing.
