I've just signed up to have broadband installed and received the 'track your order emai' but I cannot register a new account.
Using a web browser, it fails at the enter password step, continually telling me I can't use that password (no matter what password I choose and despite it meeting the requirements)
I've tired the reset password option,but that just confirms the account doesn't yet exist.
Same from either the app or PC web browser

Thanks for making your first post regarding registering for My Virgin Media, I'm sorry to hear you are unable to create an account. Once your services have been installed you will be able to register for a My Virgin Media account online 🙂 If you are still experiencing issues signing up following your installation, please let me know.
