Hello i am a new customer and the last couple of weeks I've been struggling setting up an account.
I've spoken to advisors who apparantly have reset username / password but still nothing.
I was told it's because I'm a previous user and it recognised my email address but this then got switched over to my new account and still nothing:(
Please can someone help with this and get me set up so I can access the online/ app services.
