secondary account

Hi

Can anyone tell me why when i login to app it states my account is a secondary account?, Been with virgin media for years (account always been in my name) causing problems in that i cant access my own details/package etc

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the delayed reply and also the confusion with the online account. 

 

I've checked the system and think I know what's happened here, as you maybe trying to sign in with a different account to the one your contact email is. The two can be different 🙂

Thanks for joining me on PM - I've had to raise this with IT to do the change over for your My Virgin Media username. Your reference is P010411918. Their timescales are 3-5 days, I'll reply back publicly and @ you in the reply, to notify when all fixed 🙂
