returning customer cant log in.

After returning to virgin after 18months I can't log on to app.when I try I just get a sorry your leaving message?

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first posts.

Sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to log into your my VM account. We can understand this is not ideal. Just to confirm are you using the same email address that you used with your old email address? Also how long ago did you leave our services? Do you get the same error message using an alternative email address?

yes same email address as before I left 18months ago only have 1 email address so not tried another .

Thanks for clarifying. The email address concerned may still be tied to your former account in which case we may need to request a move & transfer.
